1. Conclusion (Commencement) of the hospitality
contract:
The contract commences when the room / apartment has been reserved and reservation is accepted or has already been provided.
2. Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, check-in time for the rooms / apartments is 4 p.m. If
an earlier check-in time is required, we will attempt to accommodate the change
when requested prior to arrival.
On the day of departure
Check-out time
for rooms / apartments is 10 A.M. In order to complete check-out, keys must be
presented, in person. We reserve the right to inspect the property prior
to completing check-out.
3. Service, prices:
Payment of services, used or unused, is non-refundable. In the event of early departure or late arrival, the room / apartment price, excluding tourist tax, will be charged as per the original contract quote.
4. Down payment:
A deposit of 20% is required for the reservation (within one week). The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit
5. Cancellation by the guest:
The quarters ordered and provided by the host must be paid in accordance with
Section 535, Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code. Less the lessor's saved
expenses. In the case of holiday apartments, a flat rate of 10% and in the case
of rooms 20% of the room rate is considered appropriate.
In return, the
landlord must take into account the advantages that he obtains from renting the
room / apartment to another party.
Cancellation fees:
Currently reduced
cancellation fees up to 14 days before arrival free of charge, from 14 days
before arrival 80% of the room price including breakfast.
Free of charge up
to 30 days before arrival. We will refund any advance payments made to date with
a deduction of a processing fee of € 20.00.
Up to 14 days before arrival 50%
of the room price including breakfast.
For rooms from 14 days before arrival
90% of the room rate including breakfast.
Currently reduced cancellation fees
up to 14 days before arrival free of charge, from 14 days before arrival 80% of
the room price without breakfast.
For a holiday apartment from 14 days before
arrival 90% of the room price without breakfast.
We are happy to charge a
reasonable part of the cancellation fee paid on time on a goodwill basis for
your next stay in our house (non-transferable!)
In the event of cancellation
within the fee-free cancellation period, or in the event of a further transfer
of the booked room, the deposit will of course be refunded.
6. Travel cancellation insurance:

7. Property damage:
Payment for damages to the property are the responsibility of the
guest.
